In How Do You Feel?, little ones and their grown-ups will gently journey through a week of music, movement, art, and play, all designed to help children begin to recognize, name, and express their emotions in healthy ways. From feeling “excited” to “calm,” “happy” to “frustrated,” each day invites connection, expression, and the comfort of a loving presence right beside them.
